Introduction：

检验原理：葡萄糖提供碳源；动物组织的胃蛋白酶水解物和胰酪胨等量混合物提供氮源；琼脂是凝固剂。  

 

用法：称取本品65克，加入1000mL蒸馏水中，微温溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟备用。

 

用途：用于霉菌、酵母菌的培养。

 

成分(g/L)：

动物组织胃蛋白酶水解物和胰酪胨等量混合物 ：10.0g

葡萄糖：40.0g

琼脂：15.0g

pH值5.6±0.2：25℃
