Introduction：

应用：用于细菌铁载体筛选试验。

 

使用说明:称取本品10.87g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，加热煮沸1分钟以上使溶解，分装，115℃高压灭菌20分钟，灭菌结束后请摇匀，冷至50-55℃，备用。本品有不溶物产生。

 

组成成分(g/L)：

铬天青S：60.5mg

十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)：72.9mg

FeCl3.6H2O：2.645mg

琼脂：9000mg

0.1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液：50ml

 

以下为50ml缓冲液中的试剂含量：

NaH2PO4.2H2O：295.25mg

Na2HPO4.12H2O：1213.5mg

氯化铵：125mg

磷酸二氢钾：37.5mg

氯化钠：62.5mg

最终pH：6.8±0.2(25℃)
