称取本品35克，加人1000ml蒸馏水中，加热煮沸溶解，分装于有倒立发酵管的试管中，115℃高压灭菌15分钟备用。

 

成 分(g/L)：

蛋白胨：20g 

猪胆盐：5g

乳糖:10g

溴甲酚紫：0.01g

 

技术标准:

(I)本品参服GB标准配方配置：

(2)pH值7.4±0.1；

(3)用标准菌株检验符合质检标准。

 

用途：

用于大肠菌群的测定。

 

注意事项：

(1)本品天菌后应在无菌环境下操作;

(2)本品出现结块请勿使用。
