Introduction：

检验原理：蛋白胨和牛肉粉提供氮源、维生素、氨基酸和碳源，氯化钠能维持均衡的渗透压，琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。

 

用法：称取本品33克，加入1000mL蒸馏水中，加热煮沸溶解，分装，115℃高压灭菌30分钟备用。

 

用途：用于细菌总数测定、菌种保存、传代纯化及一般细菌培养。

 

成分：

蛋白胨：10.0g

牛肉浸出粉：3.0g

氯化钠：5.0g

琼脂：15.0g

pH值7.1±0.1：25℃
