硝酸钾：1g
磷酸氢二钾： 0.5g
硫酸亚铁：0.01g
无水硫酸镁：0.244g
琼脂：12g
技术 标准：
(1)本品参照QB/ABX02-285标准配方配制;
(2)pH值7.2~7.4;
(3)用标准菌株检验符合质控标准。
用途：
用于分离、培养与鉴定放线菌。
注意事项：
(1)本品灭菌后应在无菌环境下操作;
(2)本品出现结块请勿使用。
