蛋白胨：20.0
牛肉浸粉：3.0
氯化钠：5.0
卵磷脂：1.0
吐温80：7.0
琼脂：15.0
pH值7.1-7.4：25℃
检验原理:
蛋白胨和牛肉浸粉提供碳氮源、维生素和生长因子；氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压；卵磷脂和吐温80 能中和防腐剂，并能起到在乳浊液中分散物质的功能，卵磷脂能中和季铵盐，吐温80 可中和酚、六氯酚、福尔马林，两者结合可中和乙醇；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂；大多数细菌能还原TTC，使之形成易于辨别的红色菌落，TTC 还能减缓某些细菌的蔓延生长。
用法:
称取本品51.0g,加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分装每瓶200ml,121℃高压高压灭菌20分钟,冷至55℃时,加入以灭菌0.5% TTC 液2ml,混匀,备用。
0.5% TTC溶液配制：称取0.25gTTC 溶解于50ml蒸馏水中,115℃高压高压灭菌20分钟,装于棕色瓶中,置 2-8℃保存。
