使用说明：
称取本品37.8g于900ml蒸馏水或去离子水中(可按比例增加或减少配制量)，使用1N HCI调节pH至6.0，微温溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，冷却至45℃以下，无菌操作加入100ml于56℃灭活30分钟的动物清血)，混匀，备用。
