Introduction：

用法:

称取本品 37.4克，加热溶解1000ml蒸馏水中，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。

注：该培养基无机盐成分较多，在高温高压灭菌后容易产生沉淀，灭菌前的溶解很关键，先加入水，边搅拌边缓慢加入干粉，不要让干粉成团；灭菌后，应充分摇匀，尽量让沉淀分散开来，避免聚集在一起影响实验。

 

用途:

用于海生细菌的增菌培养。
