使用说明：

称取本品10.8g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，加入1支P40072D(SH培养基添加剂)，使用NaOH或HCl调节pH使灭菌后pH4.0-4.4（25℃），微温溶解，分装，115℃高压灭菌30分钟，备用。 本品可能有少量不溶物。
