Introduction：

主要用于真菌（霉菌、酵母菌）的培养、产孢诱导（大分生孢子、厚垣孢子）、形态观察与鉴定；也是链霉菌等放线菌的标准培养、保藏与分类鉴定培养基（ISP 标准培养基）。因营养贫瘠，可促进真菌与放线菌产孢，也适用于菌种长期低温保藏。

培养基配方(每升)：

Oatmeal(燕麦)：60.0g

Agar(琼脂)：12.5g

pH6.0±0.2 (25°C)

使用说明：

称取本品72.5g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，煮沸溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
