Introduction：

1L标准配方（科研通用版，不含琼脂）：

麦芽浸粉（Malt Extract）：20.0 g

蒸馏水：1000 mL

pH：5.4–5.6

配制&使用方法 

1. 称取20g麦芽浸粉，溶于1000mL蒸馏水，搅拌溶解；

2. 调pH至5.5左右；

3. 分装，121℃高压灭菌15 min；

4. 用途：解磷菌、固氮菌、真菌液体摇瓶培养、种子液制备、菌体富集。  

开封后：密封防潮，1 年内用完，吸潮结块、异味变色弃用
