产品说明:

解钾培养基又名硅酸盐细菌培养基，可用于解钾菌(硅酸盐细菌)的筛选和培养。这类菌株具有对钾长石、云母等钾矿石的分解，把难溶性的钾元素转化为土壤中可溶性的钾供给植株利用。本培养基主要由葡萄糖提供能源，硫酸铵提供氮源，钾长石为指示组份，磷酸盐为缓冲液，镁、铁和锰盐为微量元素，琼脂为凝固剂，低浓度的酵母粉提供其他生长因子。
