多胨：7g

葡萄糖：5g

磷酸氢二钾：5g

技术标准：

（1)本品参照GB 标准配方配制:

（2) pH值7.0±0.1;

（3）用标准菌株检验符合质控标准。

用途：用于甲基红和VP试验。

注意事项：

(1)本品灭菌后应在无菌环境下操作。

(2)本品出现结块请勿使用。
