T4 DNA Ligase Plus是将源于T4噬菌体的T4 DNA连接酶基因在大肠杆菌中高效表达，经过多次柱层析纯化而获得的高效率、高纯度、高活性的DNA连接酶。该酶具有催化双链 DNA 或 RNA 上相邻的 5´-磷酸末端和 3´-羟基末端形成磷酸二酯键的特性。不仅能够催化平齐末端或粘性末端之间的连接，还可以修复双链 DNA、RNA 或 DNA/RNA 杂交双链中的单链切刻，但是对于单链核苷酸没有活性。 T4 DNA Ligase Plus经过严格的质控检测，确保该产品具有最高的活性和纯度。
