用途:用于布鲁氏菌分离培养。

成分(g/L)：

蛋白胨：10.0

牛肉浸粉：5.0

葡萄糖：10.0

氯化钠：5.0

琼脂：15.0

pH值7.5±0.2：25℃

用法:

 

称取本品 45.0g,加热溶解于1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装三角瓶,每瓶 200ml,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷至50℃左右时,每200ml培养基中加入10ml无菌灭活马血清(56℃保温30分钟)和一套(5支)布鲁氏菌培养基抑菌剂(含多粘菌素B1000IU、杆菌肽 5000IU、放线菌酮 20mg、萘啶酮酸1mg、制霉菌素 20000IU、万古霉素 4mg),混匀,倾入无菌平皿,备用。
