酵母浸粉：7.0g
胰蛋白胨：5.0g
肉浸粉：5.0g
醋酸钠：2.5g
吐温80：1.0ml
MgSO4·7H20：0.2g
MnSO4·2H20：0.05g
pH5.4±0.2(25 ℃)
使用方法:
称取本品 27.8g 于1L, 蒸馏水或去离子水中,微温溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟，冷却，备用。
其他事项:
1、本品因含吐温 80 而易结块，不影响品质。
