Introduction：

说明：

称取本品42克，加人1000mL蒸馏水中，加热煮沸溶解，分装到500mL烧瓶中，每瓶250mL121℃高压灭菌15分钟，冷至50℃时每250mL培养基中，加人配套试剂D-环丝氨酸用法与用量见配套试剂说明，充分摇匀，倾注到无菌平皿中，备用。

 

成分:(g/L)

胰蛋白胨15.0g

大豆蛋白胨5.0g

琼脂15.0g

酵母膏粉5.0g

柠檬酸铁铵1.0g

焦亚硫酸钠1.0g

 

技术标准:

1.本品参照GB标准配方配制;

2.pH值7.6+0.2；

3.用标准菌株检验符合质控标准。

 

用途:

用于产气荚膜梭菌的平板计数。

 

注意事项:

本品灭菌后应在无菌环境下操作。
