使用方法：
称取本品 4.62g，另取2.0g硝酸铵，加热溶解于1000ml 蒸馏水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟，备用。
注:本培养基高压灭菌后有沉淀物。
成分：（g/L）
磷酸二氢钾：3.0
七水硫酸镁 ：0.1
磷酸氢二钾：1.5
无水氯化钙： 0.01
乙二胺四乙酸二钠： 0.01
pH值： 7.5±0.1 at 25℃
