Introduction： 用途;
用于厌氧菌增菌培养。
说明;
称取本品31克，加人1000ml蒸馏水中加热煮沸溶解后，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，冷却至50℃时，100ml加人维生素K1溶液和氯化血红素液配套试剂(用法与用量见配套试剂说明)摇匀，分装备用。
成分(g/L):
胰酪胨 12g
葡萄糖 2g
䏡胨 10g
磷酸氢二钠 1g
氯化钠 5g
硫乙醇酸盐 0.5g
刃天青 1mg
L-半胱氨酸 0.45g
注意事项;
(1)本品灭菌后应在无菌环境下操作;
(2)本品出现结块请勿使用。
技术标准:
(1)本品参照QB/ABX02-296标准配方配制。
(2)pH值7.3±0.1
(3)用标准菌株检验符合质控标准。
