产品说明：
Terrific Broth又称TB培养基，可用于多种细菌培养，是分子生物学常规试剂。
TB培养基主要由胰蛋白胨、酵母提取物、磷酸盐等组成，其胰蛋白胨和酵母提取物的浓度比常规LB培养基高。主要用于基因工程菌大肠杆菌培养，营养丰富。
操作步骤：
称取本品 47.6g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，每升添加4mL甘油，加热煮沸溶解，分装，121℃ 高压灭菌15分钟，备用。

胰酪蛋白胨                  12
酵母浸粉                    24
磷酸二氢钾                  2.2
磷酸氢二钾                  9.4
PH7.2±0.2（25℃）
