Introduction：

检验原理：

酵母浸粉、胰蛋白胨、酸水解酪蛋白提供氮源、维生素、生长因子；葡萄糖、为可发酵糖类；可溶性淀粉可以吸收菌在复苏过程产生的有害物质；丙酮酸钠可增强细菌的复苏。磷酸氢二钾为酸碱缓冲剂；硫酸镁提供二价阳离子；琼脂为凝固剂。

 

用法：称取本品18.1克，加入1000mL蒸馏水中，加热煮沸溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。 

 

用途：用于水质检验中需氧菌总数的测定。

 

主要成分：

酵母浸出粉：0.5g

蛋白胨：0.5g

葡萄糖：0.5g

可溶性淀粉：0.5g

琼脂：15g

丙酮酸钠：0.3g

无水硫酸镁：0.024g

磷酸氢二钾：0.3g

酪蛋白水解物：0.5g

pH值:7.2±0.2：25℃
