Introduction：

产品用途：

每套（含A和B各1支）添加于200ml PALCAM培养基中

备  注：

仅用于生化试验严禁用于临床

成分：

PALCAM 选择性添加剂

多黏菌素B：10.0 mg

盐酸吖啶黄：5.0 mg

头孢他啶：20.0 mg

无菌蒸馏水：2 mL

制法：

将PALCAM基础培养基冷却至47℃~50℃，加人2mLPALCAM选择性添加剂，混匀后倾倒在无菌的平皿中，每个培养皿中倒人18mL~20mL，凝固后备用。

注：PALCAM添加剂A中含有多粘菌素B和盐酸吖啶黄；PALCAM添加剂B中含有头孢他啶。

检验原理：抑制革兰氏阴性菌和大多数革兰氏阳性菌。
