Introduction：

检验原理：蛋白胨提供氮源、维生素、氨基酸和碳源；氯化钠能维持均衡的渗透压；磷酸二氢钾和磷酸氢二钠为缓冲剂。

 

用法：称取本品14.63克，加入1000mL蒸馏水中，加热煮沸溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟备用。

 

成分(g/L)：

蛋白胨：1.00g

无水磷酸氢二钠：5.77g

磷酸二氢钾：3.56g

氯化钠：4.30g

pH值：7.0

用途：用于药品检测稀释液的配置。

注意事项：

(1）本品灭菌后应在无菌环境下操作。

(2）本品出现结块请勿使用。
