产品用途：

含碳酸氢钠和半胱氨酸，用于厌氧菌的培养。

称取本品21.38g于700ml蒸馏水中，搅拌溶解，加入300ml澄清瘤胃液，混匀，加热搅拌至沸腾并持续沸腾3-5分钟以驱氧，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，迅速冷却，备用。    

刃天青为氧气指示剂，有氧时呈红色，无氧时红色消失。视需要调节pH至所需范围。
