Introduction：

植物组织培养技术即植物无菌培养技术，又称离体培养技术，是根据植物细胞具有全能性的理论，利用植物体离体的器官(如根、茎、叶、花、茎尖、果实等)、组织(如形成层、表皮、表层、髓部细胞、胚乳等)或细胞(大孢子、小孢子、体细胞等)以及原生质体，在细菌和适宜的人工培养基及环境条件下，能够诱导出愈伤组织、不定芽、不定根、最后形成完整菌株的技术。

N6培养基(含蔗糖和琼脂)主要由钾盐、氯化钙、硫酸镁、磷酸盐等组成，钾盐工作浓度为2830mg/L、硫酸镁工作浓度为185mg/L、硫酸铵工作浓度为463mg/L，含蔗糖和琼脂，该试剂特点是成分较为简单，其中钾盐、硫酸铵含量较高，不含钼，主要用于培养禾谷类花药、细胞、原生质体，经高压灭菌，为无菌溶液。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
