pH值 6.0-6.4：25℃
备 注：适用于GB 5009.154-2023 维生素B6测定标准。
原理：
酪蛋白胨，麦芽浸粉，酵母浸粉提供碳源、氮源，维生素和其他生长因子；葡萄糖为可发酵糖类；琼脂是凝固剂。
用法：
称取本品 41.0g,加热溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中,121℃高压灭菌 15分钟,备用。
