Introduction： 产品介绍：
PDA培养基主要由20%马铃薯。2%葡萄糖组成，经15psi高压灭菌30min不含琼脂，多用于食用菌菌种的培养。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不和用于临床诊断或其他用途。

操作步骤：
1 根据实验具体要求操作。
2 试验前，用接种环取1ml菌种，接种于80ml PDA培养基中。 
3  25℃，170r/min，振摇培养 15h以上。 

注意事项： 
1 注意无菌操作，尽量避免污染。 
2 为了您的 安全和健康，请穿实验服戴一次性手套操作
